房間狹小。環境優美得賴於自然風光並非酒店環境。前台工作人員對亞裔態度傲慢，40美金一天的停車費在小鎮很不合理，完全無需代客泊車的像Motel一樣就在房間門口的停車場，強行保管客人車鑰匙為了索要小費。居然是凱悅旗下的，凱悅扣大分。

The parking at $40 a night plus tax is too high, but other than that it was a lovely stay. Pool and hot tub were great and a nice relaxing atmosphere by the fires they light at night.

Great stay and bed are huge. However the service of a particular staff was really unpleasant and the hotel system does not tally with my booking at all! Trip.Com mentioned breakfast for 3 pax since I booked the stay for 3. Yet the staff insist it was 3 breakfast a day for 1 pax and did not mentioned that there was a $ capped for per pax breakfast. She insisted me to pay and did not want to speak to 訂房網站.Com herself. Also, insisted me to call 訂房網站.com on my own since I booked through a 3rd party. Help was not offered! I have to spent 30mins to seat at the lobby , ruin our itinery for the day and managed this hassle! Horrible experience overall at mar monte hotel.
